一种玉米脱粒机总体设计
摘 要
玉米是世界第三大粮食作物，也是我国三大粮食作物之一。玉米不仅是粮食，更是重要的饲料和工业原料，其生产水平对我国乃至世界粮食生产、畜牧业发展和粮食安全等问题有着至关重要的作用。在收获玉米时主要靠手工摘穗与玉米收获机摘穗, 晒干后进行人工或机械脱粒。因此，玉米脱粒机是提高玉米生产效率的重要手段，但现有玉米脱粒机存在效率低、破碎率高等问题。现需要研制出脱粒更加高效、破碎率低的脱粒装置。

Overall design of a corn thresher
ABSTRACT
Corn is the worlds third largest food crop, and is one of Chinas three major food crops. Corn is not only food, but also an important feed and industrial raw materials, its production level of China and the world of grain production, animal husbandry development and food security and other issues have a crucial role. In the harvest of corn, mainly by hand picking and corn harvester picking, dried after artificial or mechanical threshing. Therefore, the corn thresher is an important means to improve the efficiency of corn production, but the existing corn thresher is low efficiency, high crushing rate and other issues. It is now necessary to develop a threshing device that is more efficient and has a low breaking rate.
