新型高效种子包衣机的总体设计
摘 要
种子包衣是种子加工流程中一个重要环节，经过包衣处理的种子的质量会有明显提高。国外种子包衣技术起步比我国早，种子包衣技术也已比较成熟。我国种子包衣技术经过四十多年的发展，正在逐步研制生产出适应我国农业生产状况的种子包衣机械。
种子包衣技术是实现种子包衣的自动化手段重要手段，但是有调查研究表明包衣后的种子脐部覆盖不足，这会严重影响种子发育。本文针对这个问题拟采取一种带有静电雾化装置的新型高效种子包衣机。

the Overall Design of a New High Efficient Seed Coating Machine
ABSTRACT
Seed coating is one of the key links in the seed processing,coated seeds have higher quality.The seed-coating technique abroad started earlier than us and have been mature.The seed-coating technique is developing and we have researched and produced the seed coating machine upon our countryrsquo;s agricultural situation over the past forty years.
Seed-coating technique plays a significant role to achieve automatic seed coated.But the survey shows that after coated the umbilicus seed coverage is inadequate,seriously affecting seed development.So this paper is going to design a new type of high efficient seed coating machine with electrostatic atomization device.
