基于风洞的移动喷雾系统的设计

摘要

在农业的施药当中,飘移一直是影响施药效果和造成环境污染的重要因素。大范围的飞机喷洒或地面大型机械喷雾都会不可避免的造成药物的浪费和坏境的污染[1]。对喷雾系统装置的改进能提高喷雾效率和降低对环境的影响,减小飘移对喷雾的影响。室外的飘移试验虽然更加真实,但室外风速和风向的不断变化等不确定因素使重复试验之间存在较大的差异。风洞实验能够很好地模拟室外的坏境,它的优势在于能够方便地控制风向和风速,准确的测定喷雾的压力,喷头的移动速度,喷头与喷雾目标之间垂直距离的变化量,从而可以对喷雾系统提出改进方案,进行优化。本课题拟设计一个基于风洞的移动喷雾系统,该喷雾系统的喷头可以实现上下、左右及前后的移动,验证雾滴在不同位置飘移分布的情况。

Design of moving spray system based on Wind Tunnel

ABSTRACT

In agriculture, Drift has always been an important factor in the effect of pesticide application and environmental pollution. A wide range of aircraft spraying or large-scale mechanical spraying on the ground will inevitably lead to drug waste and environmental pollution [1]. Improvements can improve spray efficiency and reduce the impact on the environment, Although the outdoor drift test is more real, the variation of wind speed and direction makes the difference between the repeated tests. The wind tunnel experiment can well simulate the outdoor bad environment. Its advantage is that it can easily control the wind direction and wind speed, and accurately measure the wind speed. The pressure of the spray, the moving speed of the nozzle, the change of vertical distance between the nozzle and the spray target can be improved and optimized. In this paper, a moving spray system based on wind tunnel is designed. The spray head of the spray system can move up and down, left and right, and back and forth.Verification of droplet drift and distribution at different locations.
