金银花采摘机行走装置应用研究(发展与应用)
摘 要: 随着金银花产业迅猛发展，机械采收金银花将成为发展的必然趋势。国外已设计出技术先进的自走式金银花采摘机，但机器进口价格昂贵，且规格与国内金银花种植模式不能有效匹配；国内虽已研制出牵引式金银花采摘机，但对国内金银花密集种植环境作业存在一定困难。本文对金银花采摘机自行走装置的发展进行研究分析。为研制适合我国金银花植株种植环境的金银花采摘机自行走装置提供更多的理论移库，解决国内机械采收金银花所面临的难题。

Abstract: With the rapid development of blueberry industry, mechanical harvesting will become an inevitable trend. The self-propelled blueberry harvester with advanced technology has been designed abroad, but the imported price of the machine is expensive, and the specification cannot effectively match the domestic blueberry planting mode; although the domestic blueberry harvester has been developed, it is difficult to operate in the domestic blueberry intensive planting environment. This paper studies and analyzes the development of the self-propelled device of blueberry harvester. In order to develop the self-propelled device of blueberry harvester which is suitable for the planting environment of blueberry plants in China, more theoretical transfer libraries are provided, and the problems faced by domestic mechanical harvesting of blueberry are solved.

前言
1 金银花采摘机行走装置发展
近年来，我国金银花产业开发与利用成迅速增长趋势，金银花的市场需求量不断增加，国内金银花种植面积持续扩大，包括黑龙江、江苏、吉林、浙江、云南等省份都在种植培养[8-10]。世界上金银花果树种植面积较大的国家有美国、波兰、加拿大、荷兰等。与这些国家相比，中国金银花产业发展起步晚，当前正是中国金银花产业发展的好阶段，存在着巨大的经济效益，而且金银花产业链兴盛周期较长，未来一段时间不会出现产业过剩危机[11,12]。金银花采收作业是其生产链中最费力、最耗时的一个环节，因此实现金银花机械化采收作业成为了我国以金银花为代表的产业发展的迫切要求和必然趋势。
