机床滑台数控编程及仿真综述

摘要:Mastercam这种集编程与仿真于一体的软件在当今市场上受到很多公司青睐,它操作灵活,易学易用,通过它我们可以对所需要的零件进行实体造型,数控编程,刀具路径模拟以及真实感模拟等功能,通过这些功能便可以做出零件的生产工艺,再配合斯沃仿真软件将零件的生产工艺虚拟仿真出来,以此确保零件加工的精确性与可行性。

  1. 根据给定零件,利用相关三维软件进行零件三维几何建模,并编制零件的数控加工工艺。
  2. 将零件三维模型转化成二维工程图,并完成所有技术要求的标注。
  3. 将零件的三维模型导入MaserCAM等相关软件,采用人家交互的方式完成图形交互编程的设定,并利用后置处理模块生成零件的NC程序。
  4. 使用斯沃数控虚拟操作与仿真软件,将上述NC程序导入该系统,完成零件的加工。

Abstract: Mastercam this integrating programming and simulation software by many companies in today#39;s market, it is flexible operation, easy to learn and easy to use, we can through it to the required components of entity modeling, numerical control programming, cutting tool path simulation and realistic simulation, and other functions, through these functions can make parts production technology, combined with simulation software will be part of production process, virtual simulation, in order to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of parts processing.

1. According to the given part, 3d geometric modeling of the part is carried out with relevant 3d software, and the nc machining process of the part is compiled.

2. Convert the 3d model of parts into 2d engineering drawings, and mark all technical requirements.

3. Import the 3d model of parts into related software such as MaserCAM, complete the setting of graphic interactive programming in the way of family interaction, and generate the NC program of parts by using the post-processing module.

4. Using swo numerical control virtual operation and simulation software, import the above NC program into the system to complete the processing of parts.
