霍尔式电导率传感器研究文献综述

摘要

霍尔式电导率传感器是建立在传统感应式电导率传感器基础之上的一种新型感应式电导率传感器。相对于传统的感应式电导率传感器,本文拟设计一种使用标准锯齿波信号作为激励信号,同时在感应侧的磁芯上开一个小口,固定一个霍尔传感器,使得霍尔传感器可以输出直流的霍尔电压信号的霍尔式电导率传感器。霍尔式电导率传感器具有输出信号无需解调,信号处理工作量小的优势,同时还能在一定程度上减小测量误差。

本课题的主要工作如下:(1)研究感应式电导率传感器电磁场激励、耦合及电导率敏感的机理模型,并采用ANSYS MAXWELL进行传感器探头电磁仿真;(2)研究在感应侧采用霍尔传感器进行信号检测及输出的传感器探头;(3)设计制作传感器探头、激励信号产生及检测信号调理电路,并对探头的特性进行测试;(4)研究采用非正弦波激励电导率传感器的可行性。

Abstract

Hall type conductivity sensor is a new type of inductive conductivity sensor based on the traditional inductive conductivity sensor. Compared with the traditional inductive conductivity sensor, this paper plans to design a hall type conductivity sensor that USES the standard saw tooth wave signal as the excitation signal and at the same time makes a small opening on the magnetic core of the induction side to fix a hall sensor, so that the hall sensor can output the dc hall voltage signal. The hall type conductivity sensor has the advantages of no demodulation of the output signal, small workload of signal processing, and can also reduce the measurement error to some extent.

The main work of this project is as follows :(1) study the mechanism model of electromagnetic excitation, coupling and sensitivity of inductive conductivity sensor, and conduct electromagnetic simulation of sensor probe using ANSYS and MAXWELL;(2) to study the sensor probe that USES hall sensor on the induction side for signal detection and output;(3) design and manufacture the sensor probe, excitation signal generation and detection signal conditioning circuit, and test the characteristics of the probe;(4) study the feasibility of using non-sinusoidal excitation conductivity sensor.

电导率传感器根据测量原理与方法的不同可以分为电极型电导率传感器、电感型电导率传感器以及超声波电导率传感器。电极型电导率传感器根据电解导电原理采用电阻测量法进行测量,其电导测量电极在测量过程中表现为一个复杂的电化学系统[1];电感型电导率传感器依据电磁感应原理实现对液体电导率的测量;超声波电导率传感器根据超声波在液体中变化对电导率进行测量,其中以电极式和感应式应用最为广泛。
