氧化铟锡对肺损害的研究进展

【摘要】金属铟具有延展性好,可塑性强,熔点低,沸点高等优良特性,且具有较好的光渗透性和导电性,被广泛应用于宇航、无线电和电子工业、医疗、国防、高新技术、能源等领域。以氧化铟锡(ITO)为主要铟化合物在等离子电视和液晶电视屏工业中用来制作透明导电的电极,还用作某些气体测量的敏感元件。据文献报道,暴露于铟及其化合物存在的作业场所环境中,工人慢性肺功能损伤的危险性极高,且几乎都发生在液晶显示制造行业。近年来,随着铟化合物的广泛应用,职业接触铟化合物所导致的肺部损伤多有报道。铟肺病作为一种新型病例,对人体造成严重危害,本文将综合阐述铟化合物的毒性作用、铟所致肺细胞损伤及铟职业接触流行病学的研究进展。

【Abstract】With good ductility, high plasticity, low melting point and high boiling point, indium is widely used in aerospace, radio and electronic industries, medical treatment, national defense, high technology and so on. Energy, etc. Indium tin oxide (ITO) is used as the main indium compound in plasma television and liquid crystal television screen industry to make transparent conductive electrodes, and it is also used as a sensitive element for gas measurement. According to the literature, exposure to indium and its compounds in the workplace environment,which will let workers at a high risk of chronic lung injury, and always occured in the LCD manufacturing industry.In recent years, with the wide application of indium compounds, the lung injury caused by occupational exposure to indium compounds has been reported. Indium lung disease, as a new type of case, causes serious harm to human body. In this paper, wersquo;ll illustrate the toxic effects of indium compounds, the lung cell damage caused by indium and the epidemiology of occupational exposure to indium.

根据文献报道,职业接触铟化合物的工人血和尿中的铟浓度升高,且长期吸入可罹患间质性肺病和肺泡蛋白沉着症,其中大部分病例是由ITO引起[3]。随着铟所致肺损伤病例逐渐增多,铟肺病渐渐进入大众视野,引起人们的重视。因此,了解铟化合物毒性影响因素、对肺细胞的功能影响及铟职业流行病史对铟肺病的防治具有重要意义。

1 铟化合物毒性影响因素

铟化合物的毒性作用大小受铟化合物结构、形态和存在状态的影响。例如,纳米颗粒的暴露会有产生肺部疾病的风险,这与大颗粒的暴露导致的影响不同[4, 5]。纳米粒子的物理化学特性会影响毒性,因此形状和晶体结构发生变化会影响其毒理效应。
