60000 m3/d城市污水处理厂工艺设计(文献综述)
摘 要
尽管淡水资源总量名列世界第四位,我国的人均水资源量仅为世界平均的四分之一,是一个水资源严重缺乏的国家。而随着我国经济的快速发展、人口的持续增长及城市化进程的加快,水资源的需求量也不断增长,导致生活生产中产生的污、废水水量与日俱增,这些污水若未经有效处理就排入水体就会造成严重的环境污染。兴建城市污水处理厂,采用各种必要的物理、化学或生物学的工艺技术进行污水处理,一是可以实现污水无害化,二是可将达到一定水质标准的处理污水进行二次利用,有效地提高了水资源的利用率,对环境的保护和水资源的节约与充分利用意义重大。
本设计处理的是城市污水。设计水量60000m3/d,进水水质为:COD 300mg/L、BOD5 140mg/L、SS 80mg/L、NH3-N 30mg/L、TP 3mg/L、pH 6-8。城市生活污水主要包含淀粉、纤维素、蛋白质和矿物油等,化学需氧量、生物需氧量、氨氮和总磷都比较高。通过对该污水的水量水质等特点的分析,采用三沟式氧化沟工艺为核心的处理工艺,污水处理的工艺流程为:粗格栅→提升泵房→细格栅→沉砂池→水解酸化池→三沟式氧化沟→往复式隔板絮凝池→沉淀池→接触消毒池,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级A标准。

Engineering Design of Waste water Treatment Station with 60000 tons sewage per day (literature review)
ABSTRACT
Although the total volume of fresh water is the fourth largest in the world, China#39;s per capita availability of fresh water resources is only about one-forth of the world average, which makes China a country that extremely lacks water. With the rapid development of economy, the continuous growth of population and the acceleration of urbanization, the demand for water is also increasing, which leads to the increasing amount of waste water produced in daily life. If these waste water is discharged into the river without being effectively treated, it will cause serious environmental pollution.
