沙库比曲缬沙坦钠的合成研究
摘要：
心力衰竭是成人死亡和残疾的主要原因。心力衰竭的药物治疗已经取得了重大进步，有效减少了合并症和病死率。其中药物沙库比曲/缬沙坦已被纳入射血分数减少的心力衰竭的标准疗法。该药物可以通过同时抑制脑啡肽酶和阻断血管紧张素Ⅱ受体从而减少心血管死亡和因心力衰竭住院风险，效果优于目前其他同类药物，现对该药的作用机制、治疗效果、不良反应等研究进展进行介绍。

Abstract
Heart failure is the leading cause of death and disability in adults. Drug therapy for heart failure has made significant progress. The drug sarcometer / valsartan has been included in the standard therapy for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction. The drug can be used to block angiotensinⅡby simultaneously inhibiting enkepha
-lase and angiotensinⅡ . Receptors thus reduce the risk of cardiovascular death and hospitalization due to heart failure. The effect is better than that of other similar drugs at present. The mechanism, therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of this drug are introduced.
