中国石蒜花柱特性对花粉萌发及花粉管生长的影响
摘 要
中国石蒜为石蒜科石蒜属草本植物,普遍以鳞茎繁殖为主。以南京中山植物园的中国石蒜为研究对象,通过野外调查及人工授粉实验对中国石蒜花部结构特征、传粉生物学、繁育系统进行研究。1)中国石蒜繁育系统:通过人工控制授粉对中国石蒜进行异交、自交、无融合生殖程度的探究确定中国石蒜的繁育系统。2)中国石蒜花粉管生长规律:中国石蒜的花柱较长对花粉萌发及花粉管的生长有影响,通过水溶性苯胺蓝脱色溶液研究中国石蒜花粉管在花柱的生长规律。3)中国石蒜花粉离体培养及装置设计:探究合适的培养基成分配比确定花粉离体培养的最佳培养基,以及最适通氧状况,设计适合石蒜花粉培养及观察的培养皿装置。4)中国石蒜传粉生物学研究:分析中国石蒜花部结构特征,确定中国石蒜的传粉媒介及开花物候。中国石蒜具有一定的观赏价值与药用价值,是良好的园林观赏花卉,通过以上研究能够为其种质资源的保护、杂交育种以及药用繁殖应用、观赏繁殖应用、新品种的培育、自然杂交的研究提供理论基础。

Effects of style characteristics of Lycoris chinensis pollen germination and pollen tube growth
Abstract
Lycoris chinensis is a herbaceous plant of lycoris family, bulb propagation is the main method. The structure characteristics, pollination biology and breeding system of lycoris chinensis in nanjing botanical garden were studied by field investigation and artificial pollination experiment. 1) Lycoris chinensis breeding system: the breeding system of Lycoris chinensis was determined by artificially controlled pollination to explore the degree of overcrossing, self-crossing and apomous reproduction of Lycoris chinensis. 2) growth rule of Lycoris chinensis pollen tube: the longer style of Lycoris chinensis has an effect on pollen germination and the growth of pollen tube. The growth rule of Lycoris chinensis pollen tube in the style was studied by using water-soluble aniline blue decolorization solution. 3) in vitro culture and device design of Lycoris chinensis pollen: to explore the appropriate medium composition ratio to determine the optimal medium for in vitro culture of pollen and the optimal oxygen condition, and to design a petri dish device suitable for Lycoris chinensis pollen culture and observation. 4) biological study on Lycoris chinensis pollination: the structure characteristics of Lycoris chinensis flowers were analyzed to determine the pollination medium and flowering phenology of Lycoris chinensis.With certain ornamental and medicinal values, lycoris chinensis is a good ornamental flower in gardens. The above studies can provide theoretical basis for the protection of germplasm resources,Cross breeding and application of medicinal breeding, ornamental breeding, natural hybridization.
