高校科研绩效管理系统设计
文献综述
摘要：高校科研绩效是指高校在科研活动中产生的论文，著作，专利，项目，获奖等，科研绩效是教师各类考核和发放津贴的重要依据。由于高校科研绩效表现形式繁多，层次和类型多样，数据量不断变得庞大，传统的依赖手工或借助单机管理系统等进行管理变得日益艰难。因此为提高科研绩效管理的效果和水平，实现管理，使科研绩效管理工作更加规范，科学化，使用MySQL作为数据库来建设校园网的面向对象的科研绩效管理系统。利用目前流行的Java语言为底层开发语言，采用JSP技术。

Abstract：The scientific research performance of colleges and universities refers to the papers,work,patents,projects and bonuse produced in scientific research activities of colleges and universities of colleges and universities.Scientific research performance is an important basis for teachers to assess and pay allowances.Due to the various form,levels and types of scientific research performance in Colleges and universities,the amount of data has become increasingly large,and the traditional management based on manual or stand-alone management system has become increasingly difficult.Therefore,in order to improve the effect and level of scientific research performance management,realize the management,and make the scientific research performance management work more standardized and scientific,MySQL is used as the database to build the object-oriented scientific research performance management system of campus network.Using the current popular Java language as the underlying development language,using JSP technology.

随着国家提出“科学技术是第一生产力”的先进思想以来，高校体制深化改革。目前高校的科研管理，教学管理和绩效考核等行政工作大多是以Excel电子表格和Word电子文档进行收集和整理的。因此开发一套合理，完善的科研绩效管理系统将有助于优化科研信息管理，提高工作效率，改善服务质量，从而建立起信息化，职业化的管理平台。
