火龙果采摘机器人总体结构设计
摘要
水果采摘是一项自人类诞生以来就产生的一项生存技能,针对不同的水果,有着不同的采摘方式,现代人越来越注重水果的摄入,需求由此产生。随着科技的发展,果园机械化成为一个大的趋势。近来,火龙果的种植规模越来越大,海南更是成为我国火龙果的主要产地之一。目前火龙果的采摘主要是依靠人工,并且要把握火龙果的最佳采摘时间,否则会影响火龙果的品质与口感,在这些前提之下,就对采摘的人工有了较高的要求。为了解决人工采摘效率低下,缓解劳动力缺失以及确保果园经济效益的前提下,在借鉴了国内外各种专利、文献、机器的基础之上,结合火龙果采摘的各方面要求以及环境要求,设计研发一款能够满足火龙果果园采摘,节省劳动力的履带自走式火龙果采摘机。

Abstract
Fruit picking is a survival skill since the birth of human beings. There are different ways to pick different fruits. Modern people pay more and more attention to the intake of fruits. With the development of science and technology, Orchard Mechanization has become a big trend. Recently, the planting scale of Pitaya is getting bigger and bigger, and Hainan has become one of the main producing areas of Pitaya in China. At present, the picking of Pitaya mainly depends on manual work, and the best picking time should be controlled, otherwise the quality and taste of Pitaya will be affected. In order to solve the low efficiency of manual picking, alleviate the shortage of labor force and ensure the economic benefit of orchard, on the basis of drawing on various patents, documents and machines at home and abroad, according to various requirements of Pitaya picking and environmental requirements, a Crawler self-propelled Pitaya picking machine is designed, which can meet the needs of Pitaya picking and save Labor.
