摘 要:世界最高的林果业产量和较低的机械采收效率让我国的林果采收机械化发展充满了潜力,而现有的偏心式振动试验设备存在激振力不足等弊端,因此研究曲柄连杆式的振动试验台,避免此类弊端,改善室内的实验设备显得尤为重要。本文首先对林果振动采收的机械类型进行了介绍,然后对国内外林果振动采收试验台机理的研究现状进行介绍,国外研究较早,已有的研究成果较多,而国内在这方面的研究起步相对较为滞后。

Abstract:The world#39;s highest horticulture production and low mechanical harvesting efficiency make the fruit harvest mechanization development in our country is full of potential, while the existing eccentric vibration test equipment vibration force deficiencies such as defects, so the crank connecting rod type vibration test rig, avoid such defects, it is particularly important to improve the indoor experimental equipment. This paper first introduced the mechanical types of forest fruit vibration harvesting, and then introduced the research status of forest fruit vibration test bed mechanism at home and abroad. The foreign research is earlier and the existing research results are more, but the domestic research in this area started relatively lagging.

1 研究的目的及意义
林果采收作业是林果生产中的关键环节,传统的人工采收方式不仅劳动强度大,耗费的时间也多[1]。目前,国外大都采用机械作业的方式采收林果,而我国的林果采收作业基本都靠人工的方式采摘,因为我国在采收机械方面存在着一些问题 [2]。
因此,深入研究林果振动采收机械具有十分重要的意义。然而,现有的偏心式振动实验设备存在激振力不足,激振频率测试装置不准确,响应与输入关系不明确等弊端,曲柄滑块式的振动试验台可以有效避免上述弊端。因此改善此类试验台的室内实验设备,有利于更好地研究机械式振动的采收机理。
