农村公办小学生源流失原因调查及对策分析文献综述

摘要：本文中国内文献部分从农村公办小学生源流失现状介绍、原因和对策分析三方面进行综述，原因和对策分析两个部分主要围绕社会、学校、家庭、个人四个方面展开叙述。国外文献部分选取了世界各国生源流失的主要原因进行概括。

Abstract：In this paper, the literature in China is summarized from the introduction of the current situation of the loss of students from rural public primary schools, and the analysis of the causes and countermeasures. The two parts are mainly narrated from the four aspects of society, school, family and individual.

In the foreign literature part, the main reasons for the loss of students from all over the world are summarized.
