某城市华侨城地块下沉式通道基坑围护设计

[摘要]:伴随当前我国城市地下空间发展的速度进一步加快,在楼层高,建筑密集且施工风险较大的背景下,很多深基坑围护技术逐步开始得到了广泛的应用,极大地提高了地下空间建设发展的水平。与此同时,在岩土工程建设的过程中也面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇,以某工程为例,在周边条件复杂、工期紧张、基坑造价限制的情况下选择最适合本工程的围护设计方案。 文章结合工程周边环境条件、场地地质条件(和基坑本身的特点等因素,对围护设计进行优化比选,选择最适合的方案,使整个基坑围护结构在保证安全的情况下,可以有效的加快施工进度。

[Abstract]: With the rapid development of urban underground space in China, under the background of high floor, dense buildings and high construction risk, many deep foundation pit enclosure techniques have gradually been widely used, which has greatly improved the level of underground space construction and development. At the same time, in the process of geotechnical engineering construction,it is also facingunprecedented challenges and opportunities. Taking a certain project as an example, the most suitable enclosure design scheme is selected under the conditions of complex surrounding conditions, tight construction period and limited foundation pit cost. In this paper, combined with the surrounding environmental conditions, site geological conditions (and the characteristics of the foundation pit itself and other factors, the design of the enclosure is optimized and selected, and the most suitable scheme is selected, so that the whole foundation pit enclosure structure can effectively speed up the construction progress under the condition of ensuring safety.
