污水处理厂改扩建设计技术综述

摘要:随着城镇建设的快速发展和污水厂各类指标的不断严格,当今中国正处于一个污水处理厂改扩建的大时代。传统的污水处理工艺日趋成熟,再生水处理工艺的出现为污水处理厂的提标改造带来契机。本文综述了多种污水处理厂深度处理工艺的优缺点以及在传统技术基础上所做的改进以及污水厂改建涉及到的除臭、消毒等技术,为水的再生利用以及污水厂的提标改造提供一定的依据。

Wastewater Treatment Plant Reconstruction and Expansion Design Techniques: A Review

Abstract: With the rapid development of urban construction and the continuous strictness of various standards associated with effluents of sewage treatment plants, China is now in a big era of wastewater treatment plant reconstruction and expansion. The traditional wastewater treatment process is becoming more and more well developed. The development of reclaimed water treatment process brings good opportunities for the upgrading of wastewater treatment plants. This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various advanced treatment processes of sewage treatment plants, improvements made on the basis of traditional technologies, and deodorization and disinfection technologies involved in sewage plant reconstruction., providing a basis for water reuse and the upgrading of wastewater treatment plants.

污水厂作为废水治理中至关重要的一环,在参考国外污水厂建设技术下以及我国科技水平的不断发展下,我国污水厂的工艺技术日益完善。一般水厂建设的规划年限为15~20年,随着规划年限、服务范围、服务人口、排水体制和污水再生利用需求等因素[1],以及各类标准(污水排放标准、污泥排放标准、再生水回用标准、污水厂噪声、臭气控制标准)的不断严格,21世纪20年代的中国正处于一个污水厂提标改造的大时代。
