三亚市荔枝沟水质净化厂初步设计

摘要:随着环保要求的不断提高,我国对生活污水氮磷的去除要求也逐渐提高,污水经处理须达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准。根据三亚市荔枝沟水质净化厂的设计规模和进出水水质要求,综述了国内污水处理的研究进度。分析了各类处理方法的机制、处理效果及其优缺点。对国内外的生活污水处理工艺进行了比较和总结,拟采用改良型 A/A/O工艺对污水进行生物脱氮除磷。

Preliminary Design of Litchi ditch Water quality

purification Plant in Sanya City

Absrtact: With the improvement of environmental protection requirements, the removal requirements of nitrogen and phosphorus in domestic sewage have been gradually raised, and the treatment of sewage must meet the first class A standard of pollutant discharge standard (GB18918-2002) in urban sewage treatment plants. According to the design scale and water quality requirements of litchi ditch water purification plant in Sanya City, the research progress of domestic wastewater treatment was reviewed. The mechanism, effect, advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of treatment methods are analyzed. The domestic sewage treatment processes at home and abroad are compared and summarized. The modified A/A/O process is proposed to be used for biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal of wastewater.

随着水资源的日益短缺和社会各界对环境问题的不断重视,政府和群众的环境保护意识也在不断提高。为更好的保护水资源环境,国家对城市污水处理厂排放标准从二级排放标准逐步提高,根据2003年出台的《城市污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)的要求,污水排放标准必须逐步提高到一级A排放标准,从而对污水处理厂的处理能力提出了更严格的要求[1, 2]

    1. 工程概况及设计要求

三亚市荔枝沟水质净化厂(污水处理厂)位于三亚市荔枝沟路以北,三亚东河西侧,规划总规模为3.0万m3/d,工程总占地面积为3.97 hm2。污水经处理达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准后,排入三亚东河。
