山东省冠县污水处理厂扩建及深度处理工程设计

摘要:随着人们对生活质量的重视程度加深,环保要求日益增加,我国对生活污水氮磷的去除要求也逐渐提高,要求达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准。根据山东省聊城市冠县污水处理厂的设计规模和出水水质要求,本文对国内外的生活污水处理工艺进行了比较和总结,拟采用改良型 A/A/O工艺对污水进行生物脱氮除磷,同时采用MBR的深度处理技术。

Extension and deep treatment project of Guanxian wastewater treatment plant in Shandong Province

Abstract:With the deepening of people#39;s attention to the quality of life, environmental protection requirements are increasing, China#39;s domestic sewage nitrogen and phosphorus removal requirements are also gradually improved, the requirements to meet the 'urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standards' (GB18918-2002) level A standard. According to the design scale and effluent quality requirements of Guanxian sewage treatment plant in Liaocheng city, Shandong province, this paper compares and summarizes domestic and foreign domestic sewage treatment technologies. It is proposed to use modified A/A/O process to biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal in sewage, and at the same time to use MBR advanced treatment technology.

  1. 前言

造城市污水处理厂是解决城市水污染的一条有效途径[1]。城市污水处理厂仅可以有效缓解因工业、生活污水造成的水体污染,还可将处理后的污水进行深度处理为再生水,用作景观用水或工业用水,在一定程度上可缓解水资源紧张的局面[2]

1.1 工程设计的必要性

随着水资源短缺形势的日益严峻和人们环保意识的提高,城市污水作为再生水资源在得到了全球范围的重视。城市污水作为再生水资源,不仅能满足景观用水、厕所冲洗、灌溉等杂用水水质要求,而且经过更高级的处理能满足更高的水质要求,甚至可以作为饮水水源的补充水[3]
