水厂深度处理工艺设计

摘要: 在水源水质不断恶化的条件下,常规水源水处理工艺已经不能满足微污染水源水的处理要求,因此必须对此进行改进,为确保出水稳定达标,采用了臭氧预处理/后臭氧-生物活性炭深度处理工艺。本文详细介绍了其工艺流程的选择及主要处理构筑物的设计。

Design of Advanced Water Treatment Process in Waterwork

Abstract: Under the condition of water quality of headwaters is being deteriorated , conventional water treatment process has not met demand of water treatment. In order to ensure that the treated water quality meets the standards,the combined advanced treatment process of ozone pretreatment,ozone oxidation post-treatment and biological activated carbon filtration were adopted.The selection of process flow and the design of main treatment structures were introduced .

一 工程概况

淮安市城南水厂原采用细格栅—预氯化—机械混合—折板反应—平流沉淀池—V型滤池—清水池—送水泵房常规处理工艺,并建有废水回收水系统及污泥脱水干化系统,自动化程度较高,使用状况良好。水厂原水取自废黄河淮阴段杨庄闸上游,为典型高藻、低浊 、微污染水库水,水质基本达到地表水Ⅲ类水质的标准;经常规工艺处理后,在水质的感官和微生物指标方面存在以下几个问题:

① 原水受污染导致异臭异味。藻类含量居高不下,一方面影响净水工艺的运行 ,更主要的是会引起异臭异味,从而限制了直接饮用;
