污水处理厂污泥脱水处理及资源化利用分析

摘要:由于我国污泥处理一直存在“重水轻泥”的倾向,污泥深度处理问题一直未得到有效解决。本文综合考虑污水处理厂污泥脱水和资源化利用途径两个方面,通过分析污泥的物理及化学属性,阐述其可能带来的环境危害,并研究分析污水处理厂产生的污泥的脱水处理方法及其资源化利用途径。通过比较及阐述各处理及利用方案,脱水与资源化利用两者兼顾,找出经济效益、运营效益皆较为良好的方案。

Analysis of sludge dewatering treatment and resource utilization in sewage treatment plant

Abstract:Due to the tendency of 'heavy water and light mud' in sludge treatment in China, the problem of deep sludge treatment has not been effectively solved. In this paper,two aspects of sludge dewatering and recycling utilization approaches in sewage treatment plants are comprehensively considered.By analyzing the physical and chemical properties of sludge,the possible environmental hazards caused by sludge dewatering are expounded, and the dewatering treatment methods and recycling utilization approaches of sludge generated in sewage treatment plants are studied and analyzed. By comparing and expatiating the treatment and utilization schemes, both dehydration and resource utilization are taken into account to find out the schemes with good economic and operational benefits.

近几年来,随着污水处理厂的暴增,所产生的污泥对环境的影响愈发巨大。 具体的脱水方法有传统污泥脱水、机械污泥脱水、絮凝污泥脱水等;资源化利用途径有土地利用、焚烧发电、制备建筑材料等。以往对于污泥处理的研究分析,往往单一地关注污泥的深度脱水或者资源利用,而少有系统地兼顾两者。另外,以往的污泥处理往往“重水轻泥”,忽视污泥对环境的危害以及其可能存在的利用价值,而作者则强调污泥的深度脱水及妥善处置。
