臭氧生物活性炭深度处理工艺净水效能的研究

摘要:臭氧-生物活性炭用于净水处理工艺优势明显,特别是针对原水机污染较严重的地区,活性炭吸附对多种有机污染物处理优势明显,在活性炭吸附处理前设置臭氧氧化工艺可有效降低活性炭负荷,能够有效改善出厂水水质,是净水深度处理的研究热点并且具有较大的推广应用价值。文章主要针对自来水厂臭氧-活性炭深度处理工艺应用进行探讨,分析目前该技术概况、总结工艺机理及优势、分析未来发展趋势。

Study on water purification efficiency of ozone-biological activated carbon advanced treatment process

Abstract: Ozone biological activated carbon has obvious advantages in water purification process, especially in the areas with serious pollution of raw water machine. Activated carbon adsorption has obvious advantages in treating various organic pollutants. Setting ozone oxidation process before activated carbon adsorption treatment can effectively reduce the load of activated carbon and improve the quality of finished water, It is a research hotspot of advanced treatment of water purification and has great application value. This paper introduces the historical development and research status of ozone biological activated carbon deep water purification process, compares and analyzes the effluent treatment effect, expounds the water purification mechanism of ozone biological activated carbon process, analyzes and summarizes the key factors affecting the water purification efficiency of ozone biological activated carbon process, and finally puts forward the problems existing in the operation process of the process, and discusses its development Finally, the trend is prospected.

1、前言

近年来,随着原水水质污染的加剧和高标准供水的需求,传统的净水处理工艺已经不能满足实际需要,传统工艺对微量有机物的处理不能达到理想的去除效果,而该类污染物却对人类健康存在威胁。饮用水的常规处理工艺主要目的是去除水中浊度、非溶解性有机物以及保证饮水的微生物安全,但对有机物、新型污染物、消毒副产物等物质的去除能力非常有限。当水源遭受污染又或对饮水水质有更高要求时,则需要对饮用水进行深度处理。活性炭是饮用水和废水处理中使用最广泛的吸附剂之一,对降低饮用水中有机物、消毒副产物、臭味物质等的含量有较好的效果,特别是针对原水机污染较严重的地区,臭氧-生物活性炭深度处理工艺是使用最为广泛的技术之一[1]。活性炭吸附对多种有机污染物处理优势明显,在活性炭吸附处理前设置臭氧氧化工艺可有效降低活性炭负荷,大大提升了水厂水质净化能力,有效改善了出厂水水质,具有较大的推广应用价值,因此更是净水深度处理的研究热点[2]
