新型管材在建筑给排水工程中的应用摘要：随着科学技术的进步发展，建筑给排水工程中的新型管材也层出不穷。
新型管材能避免传统管材的技术短板，具有可塑性好，安全性强，施工便捷等优点。
本文介绍了两种新型管材塑料管和复合管，综合分析了其性能特点，并对其在工程中的具体应用进行了阐述。

研究表明，水质恶化与管道腐蚀、生锈密切相关。
因此，新型的给水排水管材被研发出来，并快速发展，逐渐有了更多广泛的应用，深刻地影响了人们的生活。
1 我国给水排水管材的发展目前，在我国，给排水管道材料已经变成建筑给排水工程建设中必不可少的一部分，其发展过程大致经历了三个阶段。
1.1起始阶段 20世纪50年代至60年代，我国最早投入使用的给水排水管材主要以钢管、铸铁管为主。
但由于易腐蚀易生锈和堵塞管道的缺点容易导致对生活用水的二次重度污染。
