医药公司废水处理工艺综述摘要:随着医药工业的发展,制药废水已逐渐成为重要的污染源之一,制药废水成分复杂,药物的生产过程,决定了制药废水的特点。

药物的生产是通过化学合成工艺和药用植物中分离提纯得到原料药,其因药物种类不同,生产工艺不同且流程复杂,原辅材料种类多,生产过程对原料和中间体质量控制严格,物料净收率较低,副产品多,导致 制药废水具有成分差异大,组分复杂,污染物量多,COD 高,BOD5 和 CODcr 比值低且波动大,可生化性很差,难降解物质多,毒性强,间歇排放,水量水质及污染物的种类波动大等特点,给治理带来了极大的困难。

制药废水的处理技术可归纳为以下几种:生物处理法、化学处理法、物理化学处理法、物理处理法等四种,各种处理方法具有各自的优势及不足。
