浅谈海绵城市及发展趋势摘要：随着我国城市的快速发展，城市面积不断扩大。
洪涝灾害、水污染、水资源短缺等水安全问题随之而来。
海绵城市建设通过低影响开发技术，修复城市水生态环境。
本文通过分析海绵城市建设的意义及当前存在的问题，展望了海绵城市的发展趋势，以更好地建设海绵城市。

至2019年末，我国常住人口城镇化率达到60.6%，建制市和建制镇的数目共计两万多个。
根据预测，2030年我国城镇化率达到71%，约有10.2亿人居住在城市[1]。
城镇面积不断扩大，河流、农田、草地等自然生态系统被占用，地面大量硬化[2]。
在热岛效应的作用下，城市的降雨概率和强度不断增加，雨岛效应随之产生[3]。
