关于酒精生产废水污染问题的研究进展摘要:随着全球经济的发展,化石燃料的消耗将持续增长,而用生物乙醇解决这种日益枯竭性资源的问题成为众多国家的共识。

同时酒精作为应用在众多生活领域的重要基础原料,其生产时产生的废水排放而造成的污染成为我国水环境污染的重要组成部分。

因此,酒精生产排放的高浓度有机废水的处理成为酒精生产行业内的忧虑。

本文分析了淀粉质原料法的酒精发酵工艺流程,酒精废水的来源和特性,以及不经处理酒精废水排放的危害。

因此,迫切需要寻找一种先进的生物工艺去处理以蒸发冷凝液为主的高浓度有机酒精废水。

关键词:酒精废水;发酵工艺;来源;特性;危害Research progress of wastewater pollution in alcohol productionAbstracts: With the development of global economy, the consumption of fossil fuel will continue to increase, and the use of bioethanol to solve this problem of increasingly exhausted resources has become the consensus of many countries. At the same time, as an important basic raw material used in many fields of life, alcohol pollution caused by wastewater discharge during its production has become an important part of water environment pollution in China. Therefore, the treatment of high concentration organic wastewater from alcohol production has become a concern in alcohol production industry. This paper analyzes the alcohol fermentation process of starch raw material method, the source and characteristics of alcohol wastewater, and the harm of untreated alcohol wastewater discharge. Therefore, it is urgent to find an advanced biological process to treat the wastewater with high concentration of organic alcohol mainly by evaporation and condensation.Key Words: Alcohol wastewater; Fermentation process; Source; Characteristics; Harm1、酒精废水污染现状水是地球上动植物和人类的生命之源。

没有水,人类将无法生存下去。

但是如果我们饮用了受污染的水,有可能会得一些奇怪的疾病,如20世纪50年代发生在日本的痛痛病[1]、水俣病[2],严重的将会导致死亡。

随着工农业的快速发展和城市化进程的加快,用水量逐年加大,污水排放量也逐年增加,使我国面临着十分严峻的水资源环境形势。

其中,酒精工业生产的废水是比较严重的问题[3]。
