杉木炭疽菌SSD1基因生物学功能分析文献综述

摘 要

杉木是我国南方最重要的速生用材树种之一,为中国长江流域、秦岭以南地区栽培最广、生长快、经济价值高的用材树种。而杉木炭疽病是杉木上常见的一种叶部病害,特别是在低山丘陵地区人工幼林较普遍且严重。一般感病较轻的林分中,病枝、病叶枯死,影响杉木生长,在重病林分中,大部分枝梢枯死,致使树木不能成材。

本文简单的介绍了杉树的基本情况,分析了杉木炭疽病的症状,原因,危害等。而仅仅使用农药治理存在很大的问题,为了更好的保护杉木的种植,我们可以利用生物学特性来进行防止,因此对杉木炭疽菌的SSD1基因生物学功能分析具有重大的意义。

Review on the biological function of ssd1 gene of Colletotrichum cunninghamii

ABSTRACT

Cunninghamia lanceolata is one of the most important fast-growing timber species in the south of China. It is the most widely cultivated timber species with fast growth and high economic value in the Yangtze River Basin and the south of Qinling Mountains. Anthracnose is a common leaf disease of Chinese fir, especially in the low mountains and hills. In general, the growth of Chinese fir is affected by the death of diseased branches and diseased leaves. In the seriously diseased stands, most of the branches and shoots are dead, which makes the trees unable to grow.

This paper briefly introduces the basic situation of Chinese fir, analyzes the symptoms, causes and hazards of Anthracnose of Chinese fir. In order to protect the planting of Chinese fir, we can use biological characteristics to prevent, it is of great significance to analyze the biological function of ssd1 gene of Chinese fir anthrax.
