刺槐枝干腐烂病病原的分离与鉴定
摘 要
刺槐是我国重要的具有经济价值以及多种用途的植物，在我国广泛种植。在校园中进行病害调查时发现其枝干腐烂严重，进行病原菌的分离、纯化，并通过柯赫法则进行其病原性的测定，结合病原菌形态学特征和ITS、LSU、CoxⅡ基因系统发育分析，对其分类地位进行确定。

Isolation and identification of casual agent of stems rot on Robinia pseudoacacia.
Abstract
Robinia pseudoacacia is an important plant with economic value and a variety of uses and is widely planted in China. Rot disease investigation found ITS branches, on campus, to pathogen separation, purification, and through the Koch#39;s law to determine ITS pathogenicity, combined with the feature of pathogen morphology and ITS, LSU, Cox Ⅱ gene phylogenetic analysis, to determine ITS classification status.
