摘要:目前超超临界火电机组在一年中常处于低负荷工况运行。作为回热系统优化的方式之一, 设置零号高压加热器可提高超超临界机组在低负荷工况下的热经济性。本文先介绍零号高压加热器的工作原理,分析其在超超临界火电机组中的运行特性,对现有汽轮机改造,运行安全,参数控制,热力系统配置做出一系统的综述。再通过研究零号高压加热器对汽轮机组热耗率和锅炉热效率的影响,在现有的运行模式下(即不同负荷条件下运行),对零号高压加热器的经济性和可行性进行比较分析。

Literature review of preliminary design and economic analysis of No. 0 heater on ultra-supercritical unit

Abstract:At present, ultra-supercritical thermal power units are often operated at low load in one year. As one of the ways to optimize the regenerative system, the zero-pressure high-pressure heater can improve the thermal economy of ultra-supercritical units under low load conditions. This article first introduces the working principle of No. 0 high-pressure heater, analyzes its operating characteristics in ultra-supercritical thermal power units, and makes a preliminary design for the existing steam turbine reconstruction, operation safety, parameter control, and thermal system configuration. Then, by studying the influence of No. 0 high-pressure heater on the heat consumption rate of the steam turbine and the thermal efficiency of the boiler, the economy and feasibility of No. 0 high-pressure heater are compared in the existing operating mode (that is, operating under different load conditions).
