螺杆泵测试系统控制硬件设计
摘 要
由于螺杆泵性能测试涉及的参数多,精度高,并且有些需要间接处理,另外测试过程中还有很多相关条件需要保障,传统的螺杆泵测试系统多数是传感器和智能仪表的简单连接,结构单一,精度低,响应慢。难以实现远程数据的采集和系统监控。本课题研究的基于PLC的螺杆泵测试系统开发目的就是为了解决此类问题。在保证系统合理的性价比基础上能够满足用户的需要。这是对新技术的尝试和探索,更能给螺杆泵的测试提供一个可靠的实例,有利于现代测试技术在流体机械领域的广泛应用与发展。

Abstract
The rapid development of modern industry is dependent on the pump is widely used, from daily life to the production workshop, and then to oil and gas, sewage treatment, the existence of the pump can be found everywhere. This topic research the screw pump has small size, light weight, convenient maintenance, uniform displacement etc, have been widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, shipbuilding, food, transportation and other industries, different viscosity of liquid. Therefore, in the product delivery before use, must be strict performance testing to ensure the quality.
Due to the parameters of the screw pump performance test involves much, high precision, and some need to deal with the indirect, additional testing process need to guarantee, there are many related conditions most conventional screw pump test system is a simple connection, sensor and intelligent instrument single structure, low precision and slow response. Hard to realize remote data acquisition and monitoring system. This topic research the screw pump test system based on PLC is developed aim is to solve such problems. On the basis of reasonable price guarantee system can meet the needs of the user. Attempt and exploration, it is the new technology can give more instances of test provides a reliable screw pump, is advantageous to the modern testing technology is widely used in the field of fluid machinery and the development.
