滚子轴承滚动体载荷分布及力学特性

摘 要

轴承是当代机械设备中一种重要零部件,它的主要功能是用来支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证其回转精度。滚子轴承是用短圆柱、圆锥或腰鼓形滚子作滚动体的滚动轴承。

本文以圆柱滚动轴承为研究对象,采用PRO/E建立滚动轴承的实体模型,并借助于大型有限元软件ANSYS,并在给定单一变量的情况下,对其进行模态分析和谐响应分析。在对有限元模型进行计算的基础上,通过对滚动轴承结构的改进使设计出的轴承有较高的静刚度和动态特性。

Abstract:

Bearing is one of the most important parts in modern mechanical equipment. Its main function is to support the rotating body, reduce the friction coefficient in the process of movement, and ensure the accuracy. Roller bearing is rolling bearing with cylindrical, conical or drum shaped roller.

This paper takes cylindrical rolling bearing as the research object, using PRO/E to establish the solid model of rolling bearings, and with the help of finite element software ANSYS, and a single variable in a given situation, to carry out modal analysis and harmonic response analysis. On the basis of the calculation of the finite element model, through the improvement of the structure of the rolling bearing, the bearing has high static stiffness and dynamic characteristics.
