“水泵自动除水装置结构设计”文献综述

摘 要

本文是对一种自动排除水泵内液体的装置进行设计和介绍。现阶段,随着各种化工技术的提高,化工企业的快速发展,各种水泵被广泛的应用于化工、煤矿、油田等企业。而随之而来的水泵使用后维护检修步骤复杂的问题也逐渐暴露,水泵使用后泵内往往会有残留的液体,这些残液有些会腐蚀泵体,有些聚合性液体更是会使叶轮卡死导致水泵无法使用。目前国内产品大多是再水泵结构上进行改进,使水泵成本提高,安装和检修维护更加复杂。因此,对水泵自动除水装置的研究与发展,可以提高化工产业的生产工作效率,减少人力物力的消耗,对我国化工产业的进一步发展具有一定的现实意义。

Literature review of 'structural design of automatic water removal device of water pump'

Abstract

This paper introduces the design of a device which can automatically remove the liquid from the water pump. At present, with the improvement of various chemical technology and the rapid development of chemical enterprises, various pumps are widely used in chemical, coal, oil and other enterprises. However, the following problems of complex maintenance procedures after the use of water pump are gradually exposed. After the use of water pump, there are often residual liquid in the pump, some of which will corrode the pump body, and some of which will make the impeller stuck, resulting in the pump unable to use. At present, most of the domestic products are improved on the structure of the re water pump, which makes the cost of the pump increased and the installation and maintenance more complex. Therefore, the research and development of water pump automatic water removal device can improve the production efficiency of the chemical industry, reduce the consumption of human and material resources, and has a certain practical significance for the further development of the chemical industry in China.
