摘要：在这个精神文明与物质文明高速发展的时代，交通是否便利成为人们最为关心的问题之一，然而车位供应却成为一个物质大爆发时代的棘手问题。小区车库管理系统作为方便人们管理车位的手段，凭借其简易的操作，良好的交互式体验，在小区车位管理市场占有超高的份额。将小区车库管理系统应用到车库管理领域，十分必要。及时的车位调度与反馈对管理人员与用户都有着积极方便的意义，如何打造一个基于java的小区车库管理系统，为管理人员方便管理，为用户提供及时方便的车位是小区车库管理系统的关键。本文将结合java技术与mysql，构建基于java 的小区车库管理系统，满足当下管理人员对方便管理车库、用户方便停车的实际需求。本文通过分析小区车库的管理现状，提出了基于java web
的小区车库管理系统的研究目的及意义。为了搞笑提高管理人员的工作效率与用户的体验，开发一款基于java web 的小区车库系统。

As a convenient way for people to manage parking space, the garage management system in the community has a very high share in the parking space management market with its simple operation and good interactive experience. It is necessary to apply the garage management system to the field of garage management.
