基于RAD-seq技术的杉木SSR标记开发

摘 要

SSR分子标记具有高多态性,高特异性和重复性以及基因组覆盖范围广的优势,已被用于揭示诸多物种的遗传多样性和相关性。本文通过对杉木第四代育种群体的233个个体进行RAD简化基因组测序,最终筛选出一定量的高多态杉木SSR分子标记,为研究杉木多世代育种群体遗传多样性变化提供基础。

Development of SSR markers for Chinese fir based on RAD-seq Technology

ABSTRACT

SSR molecular markers have the advantages of high polymorphism, high specificity and repeatability, and wide genome coverage, which have been used to reveal the genetic diversity and correlation of many species. In this paper, 233 individuals of the fourth generation breeding population of Chinese fir were sequenced by rad, and a certain number of SSR molecular markers with high polymorphism were selected, which provided the basis for studying the genetic diversity of Chinese fir breeding population.
