1 研究的目的及意义

以往的传统制浆造纸工业对我国环境所造成的污染,特别是对水的污染很严重,据统计,我国造纸工业废水排放量占全国工业总排放量的18.6%,排放废水中 COD约占全国工业COD总排放量的44.0%,其中经处理达标排放量占造纸工业废水总排放量的49.3%,造纸行业也因此成为了众多污染排放控制行业的重点行业。2008年,我国开始实施新的制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准(GB3544-2008),新标准大幅提高了污染物排放标准。在此背景下,造纸厂的污水处理就显得尤为重要。虽然目前处理后的制浆造纸废水水质能达到排放标准,但随着对环境要求的提高和水资源的日益紧张,对造纸废水深度处理及其回用技术的研究具有明显的长远意义[2]
