omega;-3多不饱和脂肪酸与2型糖尿病血脂异常的关系及机理研究
摘要
近年来有关omega;-3PUFA对T2DM患者的血脂代谢研究颇多。本文将从T2DM的发病机理、T2DM与心血管疾病的关系、omega;-3PUFA对T2DM的影响、omega;-3 PUFA与基因交互作用对T2DM的影响这四方面介绍有关omega;-3PUFA对T2DM血脂代谢影响的研究。
Abstract
In recent years, there have been many studies on the lipid metabolism of omega;-3 PUFA in patients with T2DM. This article will introduce the effects of omega;-3 PUFA on T2DM lipid metabolism from the pathogenesis of T2DM, the relationship between T2DM and cardiovascular disease, the influence of omega;-3 PUFA on T2DM, and the influence of omega;-3 PUFA and gene interaction on T2DM.
