中小学生视力不良现况
及影响因素分析研究进展
Current situation of poor vision in primary and middle school students and its influencing factors
摘要：视力不良已成为我国和全球性的公共卫生问题，是导致视力损害的主要原因，其中高度近视可能导致多种致盲性并发症，如白内障、青光眼、视网膜脱离、近视性黄斑病变等，甚至导致视力损伤。视力不良不仅影响中小学生的健康成长，而且中高度近视在以后生活中带来的多种严重并发症也增加个人、家庭、社会的负担。视力不良就目前的研究其发病机制尚未完全清楚，更多的认为是遗传和环境相互作用的结果。本文将对国内外关于中小学生视力不良现况以及相关危险因素的研究作一综述。

Abstract: Poor vision has become a public health problem in China and around the world, which is the main cause of visual impairment. High myopia may lead to a variety of blinding complications, such as cataract, glaucoma, retinal detachment, myopic macular degeneration, and even visual impairment. Poor eyesight not only affects the healthy growth of primary and secondary school students, but also increases the burden of individuals, families and society due to a variety of serious complications brought by high myopia in later life. The pathogenesis of poor vision is not fully understood in current studies and is more likely to be the result of the interaction between genetics and environment. This paper will review the current situation and related risk factors of poor eyesight in primary and middle school students.
