污泥陶粒及其废水除磷效能研究综述摘要:制备污泥陶粒是一种高效的污泥资源化方式,也是一种符合经济和环保效益的陶粒制备方式。

通过简述污泥处理现状,提出污泥陶粒技术,分析污泥陶粒的特性和制备方法,展现该领域的发展状况和技术要求。

研究污泥陶粒作为吸附剂处理含磷废水的效能,着重介绍了负载金属的陶粒改性方法。

污泥陶粒有很好的磷去除效果,但许多机理尚待阐明,需要进一步探讨更多陶粒改性方法,以实现磷资源的回收利用为目标,研究陶粒水处理应用的各种选择性,综合增强污泥陶粒的可应用性。

Through a brief description of the current situation of sludge treatment, the sludge ceramsite technology is proposed, and the characteristics and preparation methods of the sludge ceramsite are analyzed to show the development status and technical requirements of this field. To study the effectiveness of sludge ceramsite as an adsorbent in the treatment of phosphorus-containing wastewater, the method of modifying metal-loaded ceramsite is emphasized. The sludge ceramsite has a good phosphorus removal effect, but many mechanisms have yet to be elucidated. More ceramsite modification methods need to be further explored to achieve the recovery and utilization of phosphorus resources and to study various options for the application of ceramsite water treatment Performance, comprehensively enhance the applicability of sludge ceramsite.Keywords: Sludge ceramsite; wastewater dephosphorization; sludge resource utilization1 研究背景1.1 污泥处理现状据统计,目前全国污水日排放量高达133.7吨,污水转化为污泥的体积比为0.5%~10% [1]。

我国最主要的污水处理厂每年排放干污泥量30万吨,且每年以超过10%的速度增长,但传统的污水处理流程价格高昂,污泥处理设施的普及率甚至达不到1/4,较为完善的达不到1/10[2]。

污泥中的重金属、病原菌和有毒有机物会造成一系列环境污染,其处理处置问题亟待完善。

目前污泥处置的主要方法是卫生填埋、焚烧和资源化利用。

污泥卫生填埋占地面积较大,易导致对土壤资源和水资源的污染;污泥焚烧需消耗大量能量,成本较高且易产生烟尘和剧毒二噁英(Dioxin)等污染物;农用是污泥资源化处置的方式之一,但由于缺乏系统的管控,污泥常常处理不到位而成为新的污染源,对人类的直接风险较大[3]。
