DEHP高效降解菌的选育及降解性能研究进展

摘要:邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)作为一种被广泛应用的酞酸酯,有很强的毒性,随着时间的推移易释放到环境中,已成为无处不在的污染物,DEHP的水解和光解速率很缓慢,因此微生物降解成为了该污染物在环境中降解的重要途径。

本文从邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的来源与分布、对人体危害、邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的处理方式等方面的国内外研究进展做相关阐述。

Breeding of DEHP Efficient Degrading Bacteria and Its Degradation Performance

ABSTRACT

Di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) is a kind of widely used phthalic acid esters (PAEs), which has strong toxicities. As time goes on, a large number of DEHP may subsequently escape into the environment. DEHP has become ubiquitous environmental pollutants. Biodegradation is considered to be one of the major route of environment degradation for DEHP due to its low rate of the hydrolysis and photolysis.

In this paper, the sources of phthalic acid esters, the harm to human body and plants, the forms of phthalic acid esters in the environment, and the treatment methods of phthalic acid esters are reviewed.
