摘要:

淀粉是地球上产量仅次于纤维素的天然高分子,它来源丰富、可再生、价格低廉,通过改性塑化可用于生产淀粉基塑料。淀粉基塑料作为生物基材料中的一个重要品类,已经成功实现产业化生产和应用。淀粉基塑料是以淀粉为主要原材料,经过改性塑化后再与其它聚合物共混加工而成的一种塑料产品,属于生物塑料的一种。淀粉基生物塑料可分为生物基塑料和生物降解塑料两大类。

本文介绍了淀粉基塑料的概念和分类及国内外研究的现状,并对当前存在的问题及未来可能的发展趋势进行综述。

Literature Review

Abstract: starch is a natural polymer second only to cellulose in output on the earth, which is rich in sources, renewable and cheap, and can be used to produce starch-based plastics through modification and plasticization. As an important category of bio-based materials, starch-based plastics have successfully realized industrial production and application. Starch-based plastic is a kind of plastic product made from starch as the main raw material, modified and plasticized and then blended with other polymers, which belongs to a kind of bioplastics. Starch-based bioplastics can be divided into two categories: bio-based plastics and biodegradable plastics. This paper introduces the concept of corn starch plastics, understands the classification and characteristics of corn starch plastics, and analyzes the present situation of the research and development of corn starch plastics at home and abroad and the existing problems in the research and development of corn starch plastics. finally, the development trend of corn starch plastics is prospected.
