文献综述

摘要:

塑料是以单体为原料,通过加聚或缩聚反应聚合而而成的高分子化合物,其抗形变能级中等。介于纤维和橡胶之间,由合成树脂及填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、色料等添加剂组成。塑料是重要的有机合成高分子材料,应用非常广泛。塑料的主要成分是树脂。树脂是指尚未和各种添加剂混合的高分子化合物。淀粉是地球上产量仅次于纤维素的天然高分子,它来源丰富、可再生、价格低廉,通过改性塑化可用于生产淀粉基塑料。淀粉基塑料是利用化学反应对淀粉进行化学改性,减少淀粉的羟基,改变其原有的结构,从而改变淀粉相应的性能,把原淀粉变成热塑性淀粉。文章介绍了淀粉基塑料的概念,分类,及其特点。以及讨论了淀粉基塑料的研究进展,现状分析和发展趋势。

文章介绍了淀粉基塑料的概念和分类及国内外研究的现状,并对当前存在的问题及未来可能的发展趋势进行综述。

Current situation and development trend of starch plastics at home and abroad

Abstract:

Plastic is a monomer as raw material,through the addition of polycondensation reaction polymerization or macromolecule,its deformation resistance level is medium. Between fiber and rubber, from synthetic resin and fillers, plasticizers,stabilizers, lubricants, pigments and other additives. Plastic is an important organic list of synthetic polymers material and has a wide range of applications. The main component of plastics is resin. Resins are macromolecule that have not been mixed with various additives. Starch is a kind of natural macromolecule, which is abundant, renewable and cheap. It can be used to produce starch-based plastics through modification and plasticization. Starch-based plastics modify starch by chemical reaction, reduce the hydroxyl group of Starch, change its original structure, change the properties of starch, change the original starch into thermoplastic starch. This paper introduces the concept, classification and characteristics of starch-based plastics. The research progress, current situation and development trend of starch-based plastics are also discussed.
