酚胺破乳剂的化学改性和性能研究

摘 要

针对新疆高含水原油的特性,制备了非离子型双酚 A 酚胺醛树脂嵌段聚醚破乳剂( BPAE) 。酚胺醛树脂起始剂的合成工艺为双酚 A、甲醛和二乙烯三胺按1∶ 4∶ 6 的反应摩尔比例,在 70 ℃ 、N2环境下充分反应 1 h,再在120~ 220 ℃ 下减压蒸馏得到酚胺醛树脂起始剂。将上述酚胺醛树脂作为起始剂依次与 PO、EO 进行开环聚合反应合成 BPAE。通过热化学瓶试法,比较了 BPAE、腰果酚胺醛树脂破乳剂( CPAE) 、壬基酚胺醛树脂破乳剂( NPAE) 、SP169 在不同破乳剂加剂量、破乳温度、破乳时间对原油脱水的影响。通过这几种聚醚破乳剂的破乳脱水实验表明,胺基改性酚醛树脂嵌段聚醚的破乳效果很好,其中 BPAE 破乳效果最优。在破乳剂浓度为25 mg/L、破乳温度40 ℃ 、破乳时间为 120 min 条件下,原油脱水率可达 85.4% 。

Synthesis and properties of phenol amine aldehyde

resin demulsifiers

ABSTRACT

Aiming at the characteristic of Xinjiang crude oil with high water content, prepared a non-ionicbisphenol A phenol amine aldehyde resin block polyether demulsifier (BPAE). Phenol amine aldehyderesin initiator was synthesized when the molar ratio of bisphenol A to formaldehyde to diethylenetriaminewas 1:4:6, the reaction temperature was 70℃, adequate response 1 h under N2atmosphere, and vacuumdistillation at 120~220 ℃ . Using phenol amine aldehyde resin as initiator, synthetic BPAE through poly-merization reaction with PO and EO. Using chemical bottle test,compared BPAE, cardanol phenol-amineresin demulsifier (CPAE), nonylphenol phenol-amine resin demulsifier (NPAE), SP169 effect on crudeoil dehydration at different demulsifier dosage, temperature and time. Through this several kinds of poly-ether demulsifiers demulsification dehydration experiment showed that the amino modified phenolic resinblock polyether demulsification effect is very good, including BPAE demulsification effect optimal. The de-mulsification efficiency can be up to 85.4% at the concentration of 25 mg / L, the temperature of 40 ℃ and the time of 120 min.
