摘 要

随着电子与信息科技的不断发展,人体不可避免地暴露于复杂的电磁环境中。大量研究表明,电磁辐射会引起多种生物效应,对人体健康具有潜在危害。由于电磁污染的日益加剧,加强对电磁波污染的防治也越来越受到重视,屏蔽性能优秀材料的开发尤为重要。为此,电磁屏蔽材料的研制与开发成为人们关注的焦点。近年来电磁屏蔽复合纸的开发已有成果,特别在以碳纤维为填料制备导电屏蔽纸的开发上,早已实现了批量生产,应用也较广泛。而纤维素在自然界中储量非常丰富,它在电磁屏蔽材料中的应用前景诱人无比。因此本论文从制备高电磁屏蔽性能的纤维素基复合材料出发,探究纤维素基复合材料用作电磁屏蔽材料时的性能。目前的电磁屏蔽材料主要以金属导电复合织物为主,虽具有良好的电磁屏蔽效能但制备成本高,工艺复杂。如今,纤维素基材料的开发与应用为寻找轻质,低成本,性能稳定的电磁屏蔽材料提供了新的思路。

With the development of electronic and information technology, human body is inevitably exposed to complex electromagnetic environment. A large number of studies show that electromagnetic radiation can cause a variety of biological effects, which has potential harm to human health. With the increasing of electromagnetic pollution, more and more attention has been paid to the prevention and control of electromagnetic wave pollution, especially the development of excellent shielding materials. Therefore, the research and development of electromagnetic shielding materials has become the focus of attention. In recent years, the development of electromagnetic shielding composite paper has achieved results, especially in the preparation of conductive shielding paper with carbon fiber as filler, which has already realized mass production and wide application. However, cellulose is abundant in nature, and its application prospect in electromagnetic shielding materials is very attractive.Therefore, in this paper, the preparation of high electromagnetic shielding performance of cellulose based composite materials, to explore the performance of cellulose based composite materials used as electromagnetic shielding materials. At present, the main electromagnetic shielding materials are metal conductive composite fabric. Although it has good electromagnetic shielding effect, the preparation cost is high and the process is complex. Nowadays, the development and application of conductive polymer materials provide a new way to find lightweight, low-cost and stable electromagnetic shielding materials.
