金属镍催化炔烃的烯基化反应研究文献综述

摘 要

金属碳化反应是同时构建新的碳碳键和碳金属键的重要反应之一,有机镁和有机锌试剂是一种非常重要的试剂,常见与构建各种碳碳键以及碳杂原子键的偶联反应中,制备这种复杂试剂的最直接有效的途径之一是碳镁化和碳锌化反应。但是,通常有机镁和锌试剂与活化的烯烃以及炔烃可以直接发生化学反应。所以,本文将重点叙述的是在过渡金属催化下的未活化炔烃与有机镁和有机锌试剂的碳镁化和碳锌化反应。

ABSTRACT

Metal carbonization reaction is one of the important reactions to construct new carbon carbon bond and carbon metal bond at the same time. Organic magnesium and organic zinc reagent are very important reagents. In the coupling reactions with the construction of various carbon carbon bond and carbon heteroatom bond, one of the most direct and effective ways to prepare this complex reagent is the reaction of carbon magnesium and carbon zinc. However, organic magnesium and zinc reagents can react directly with activated alkenes and alkynes. Therefore, this paper will focus on the reactions of carbamazinization and carbamazinization of the inactive alkynes with organic magnesium and organic zinc reagents under the catalysis of transition metals.
