细菌纤维素酶解过程及酶解产物研究

摘 要

细菌纤维素(BC)是一类由细菌产生的化学本质为葡聚糖的一维纳米材料,具有高纯度、高结晶度、高机械强度、高亲水能力、良好的生物相容性和生物可降解等优点,现已被广泛应用于医学、食品、化妆品、纺织等众多领域。本文概述了BC酶的水解机制及基因的克隆和表达,总结了近年来纤维素酶结构和功能方面的研究成果,展现细菌纤维素酶领域的研究前景。

Bacterial cellulose (BC) is a kind of one-dimensional nanomaterial with the chemical essence of dextran produced by bacteria, which has the advantages of high purity, high crystallinity, high mechanical strength, high hydrophilic ability, good biocompatibility and biodegradability, and has been widely used in many fields such as medicine, food, cosmetics and textile. This paper summarized the hydrolysis mechanism of BC enzyme and the cloning and expression of genes, summarized the research results of cellulose structure and function in recent years, and showed the research prospect of bacterial cellulose.
