脱氢枞胺7位氧化衍生物合成文献综述

摘要

脱氢枞胺是具有特殊的三环结构和氨基的光学活性碱,是歧化松香的主要成分之一,无论天然存在还是合成都能显示出广泛的药理作用,包括抗原生动物特性。脱氢枞胺在A环方面的研究已经很透彻,需要加强对B,C环改性衍生物的深入研究。在自然界中松香是重要的天然产物,由其衍生的改性产物十分优良,让其成为了国内外的研究热点。脱氢枞胺又名去氢枞胺,在特定的温度和溶剂中,可以和许多有机酸生成盐。

Synthesis of 7-position oxidized derivatives of dehydroabietylamine

ABSTRACT

Dehydroabietylamine is an optically active base with special tricyclic structure and amino group. It is one of the main components of disproportionated rosin. The study of dehydroabietylamine in A-ring has been very thorough. It is necessary to strengthen the in-depth study of B, C-ring modified derivatives. Rosin is an important natural product in nature. The modified product derived from rosin is very good, which makes it become a research hotspot at home and abroad. Dehydroabietylamine, also known as dehydroabietylamine, can form salts with many organic acids at

specific temperatures and solvents.
