抗流感新药巴洛沙韦重要中间体的合成

摘 要

流行性感冒是一种由流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道感染性疾病,具有传染性强、传播速度快的特点,这种疾病主要是通过空气中的飞沫、人与人之间的接触或与被污染物品的接触等途径传播,流感的快速传播使得其成为严重威胁人们生命健康的一种重要疾病。为了更好地抵御流感病毒对人类健康的侵害,科学家们一直致力于新型抗流感病毒药物的研究和发现工作。巴洛沙韦是一种cap依赖型内切酶抑制剂,用于治疗甲型和乙型流感病毒引起的流行性感冒巴洛沙韦能直接抑制病毒mRNA的合成,从而阻断病毒增殖,目前全世界为数不多的能抑制流感病毒增殖的药物。本课题主要是对巴洛沙韦中间体7,8-二氟-6,11-二氢-二苯并[B, E]噻吩并-11-醇进行合成,本论文综述了该合成路线中相关步骤的合成方法,为后续的实验奠定基础。

ABSTRACT

Balosavir marboxil is a cap-dependent endonuclease inhibitor, used to treat influenza a and b viruses caused by influenza balosavir can directly inhibit the synthesis of viral mRNA, thereby blocking the proliferation of viruses, currently the world#39;s few influenza virus. Proliferation of drugs.This experiment mainly synthesizes 7,8-difluoro-6,11-dihydro-dibenzo [B, E] thieno-11-ol, an intermediate of baloxavir. Analyze its structure.
