吡咯和硝基苯乙烯类化合物的傅克烷基化反应的合成与表征
摘 要
傅克反应是制备烷基烃和芳香酮的反应,也是制备烷基烃和芳香酮最直接的一种方式。吡咯可以和C=O、C=N、C=C结构发生不对称傅克烷基化反应,生成多种吡咯类化合物,吡咯类化合物在众多天然产物中有着很重要的骨架构筑作用, 二者合成的傅克烷基化产物可作为药物合成中的重要砌块。本课题综述了吡咯和硝基苯乙烯类化合物的傅克烷基化反应的合成,为后续的药学研究提供了合成反应物。

Abstract
Friedel-Crafts reaction is a reaction to prepare alkyl hydrocarbons and aromatic ketones, and it is also the most direct way to prepare alkyl hydrocarbons and aromatic ketones. Pyrrole can react with C = O, C = N, C = C structures to produce asymmetrical Friedel-Crafts alkylation, and generate a variety of pyrrole-derived compounds. Therefore, the pharmaceutical industry#39;s demand for pyrrole-based compounds and its excellent chemical properties have driven people Focused on the synthesis of pyrrole compounds. This article reviews the related Friedel-Crafts alkylation reactions of pyrrole and nitrostyrene.
