蒜废弃物复合丙烯酸酯液体地膜的制备和性能表征

摘 要

在农业生产中地膜覆盖技术是一项重要的生产技术,其有着保湿保水、提高土壤温度以起到使农作物增产的作用,然而传统的地膜主要使用聚乙烯,然而PE薄膜在自然条件下极难降解,又很难回收再次使用,地膜残留量随着使用次数在土壤中不断积累,给土壤环境、农作物生产带来了较大的负面影响,因此人们有了生产可降解地膜的需求。目前已有多种可降解的成膜方式被提出,液体地膜便是其中一种。本文通过乳液聚合的方法将蒜废弃物与丙烯酸酯乳液制备成可喷涂的蒜废弃物基可喷涂液体膜,并对蒜废弃物基可喷涂液体膜的成膜性能进行探究,讨论了所制得液体地膜的保水保湿性能、土壤保温性能、生物降解性能和对农作物生长的影响。

Preparation and Characterization of Garlic Waste Composite Acrylate Liquid Film

Abstract

Plastic mulching technology in agricultural production is an important production technology, with its moisturizing water, increase soil temperature in order to play the role of improve crop production, but traditional membrane mainly use polyethylene, but PE film extremely difficult to degrade under natural conditions, and it is difficult to recycle used again, membrane residues as use to accumulate in the soil, soil environment, crop production has brought great negative impact, so people have a need to the production of biodegradable plastic sheeting. At present, a variety of degradable film forming methods have been proposed, and liquid mulch film is one of them. This article will garlic waste by using the method of emulsion polymerization with acrylic ester emulsion preparation into garlic waste of spraying can spray liquid membrane, and the garlic waste base can spray liquid membrane film-forming performance, discussed the water by liquid membrane system moisturizing properties, soil thermal insulation properties, biodegradability and effects on crops growth.
