代谢产物前处理技术综述
【摘要】
代谢产物是系统动态平衡的关键调节,在代谢组学的研究分析工作流程,样品预处理是一个关键步骤,因为它有在两个方面有重大影响,总体覆盖率和获得的代谢概况的质量以及数据的生物学解释。因此,它可被认为是最容易出错并且耗时的步骤代谢组学研究,并且是导致实验室结果不一致的主要原因之一[1]。样品前处理技术的选择需要考虑到不同样品的性质,目前样品前处理的技术主要有蛋白去除,液液萃取,液固萃取等。此综述主要就这几种技术进行阐述。
【 Abstract 】
Metabolic product is the key to the system of dynamic balance adjustment, in metabonomics analysis workflow, sample pretreatment is a key step, because it has a significant effect in two aspects, the overall quality and coverage and the metabolic profile of the biological explanation of data.As a result, it can be regarded as the most error-prone and time-consuming step metabonomics studies, and is one of the leading causes of inconsistent results in laboratory [1].Sample pretreatment technology choice need to consider the properties of different samples, the sample pretreatment technology mainly include protein, liquid-liquid extraction, liquid-solid extraction and so on.This paper reviewed is mainly on these technologies.
