我国污水处理的发展现状与存在问题的研究
摘 要：随着中国经济的快速发展，城市化的进程也在加速进行，人口的集中带来的污水问题日趋严重，生活污废水的任意排放，工厂生产污水的不处理排放等现象随处可见，大量不经处理的或处理不妥善的生活生产污废水的随意排放给城市环境造成巨大的破坏。但是由于各方面政策的落实不彻底，以及某些违法排放导致中国污水处理问题成为重中之重的问题，为了建造更加宜居的生活环境，促进城市的可持续化发展，本文就我国污水处理的发展现状及我国污水处理中存在的问题着手，分析了国内污水处理设施的现状，剖析我国在污水处理设施建设中存在的技术问题和社会问题，并给出建议。

中国是世界上人口最多的国家，面临着发展且持续稳定上升的国家综合实力，对于环境以及污水处理的问题重视还不够，由于发展的必须性，重工业大力发展，污水处理问题却一放再放，即使我国淡水资源总量约为28000亿m3，占全球总淡水资源的6%，在世界上仅次于巴西、俄罗斯及加拿大，但我国的大人口基数决定了我国人均水资源只有不到2300t，仍属于13个全球严重贫水国家。随着我国经济的高速发展，城镇化和工业化所带来的水污染问题日趋严重，人们对污水处理的关注程度日益提高，对我国的污水处理设施有了更高的需求。去除水中的杂质是污水处理的主要目的之一[1]。另一方面，我国长期面临的水资源短缺问题也格外重要。截至2017年12月，我国设计并建成城镇污水处理厂4119座，污水日处理能力已达1.82亿t[2]。部分城市还在村镇地区建立了污水处理设施来应对污水处理需要。与此同时我国污水处理设施所面临的问题也不断暴露出来。
